Mission
• A forum for sharing information and experiences on the selection, implementation and effective use of Oracle Applications
• To learn about future directions in the Oracle product line
• To offer resource assistance
Membership• There is no cost to join the Northern California Oracle Applications User Group
• There is no limit to the number of users a company may have in the organization
• We are trying to bring together the end users of the Oracle Applications
• You do not have to be a member of the OAUG to be a member of the Northern California Oracle Applications User Group
•Membership is easy to sign-up for – point to the following web-site - http://www.norcaloaug.org follow the links to the Membership page.
OAUG MembershipThe OAUG is the national organization we are affiliated with.
There is a charge for companies to become members of the OAUG.
For a limited time the NorCal OAUG is offering a discount (up to $445) for companies that want to join the OAUG.

You do not have to be a member of the OAUG to be a member of the NorCal OAUG.
Board Member Elections• There are 8 Board Members.
•No more than 4 non-users are allowed on the board.
• All board positions are held for 2 years.
• Board positions are staggered so that 4 positions come up every year.
• Elections are held via email and every NorCal OAUG member gets four votes (one per position).
• Keep an eye open for the signup page on the web site.
• Nomination/Election process will take place in Dec/Jan time frame.
• New board members will take their position the first of Feburary

Seminars Calendar
• At this time there are no seminars scheduled

where we can hold future seminars.
Events – Training Days• Annual day long meeting with 18 tracks x 6 sessions
(108 sessions in total).
• We have content for:E-Business Suite, Siebel, Hyperion, Agile, PeopleSoft
• At least 18 of the sessions are from Oracle Presenters
• There is also a vendor exhibit hall with 47 exhibitors.
• This year will be our 7th annual Training Day
• Paper archives from past ones are on the web site.
• 2009 Training Day will be January 21st, 2009 in Santa Clara, CA
• There is a minimal charge, ~$95 to offset the facility expenses and lunch costs.
Training Day Exhibitors• This really offsets most of the cost of the Training Day Event, keeping
user registration below $100.
• We have 47 exhibitor booths in the exhibit hall.
• This is a one day conference, setup 6:30am, tear down 7pm
• We will have a social event this year in the exhibit hall from 4-7pm.
• Exhibitor booths are 10x10 and cost $1500 for the day, going up to $2000 12/1.
• We have sponsorship opportunities available to the Exhibitors
• A very limited number of Presentations are available to exhibitors for an additional fee.
