Pails

20kg Easy Pour Pails: Designed for application directly into affected area.

1-2kg SAP per M³ of slurry.

1. Calculate volume of affected area to determine quantity of product required.

2. Remove lid from pail or drum and discharge into several accessible areas keeping up-wind of discharge point and as close to the slurry as practicable.

3. Mix SAP through water affected area.

SAP HPF & HD absorb large quantities of water present in mining, construction, roadways or water affected areas. Muddy water that is too thick to pump and too watery to shovel up, can be thickened quickly by adding a SAP allowing for fast and easy removal.

In mining, SAP HPF & HD is designed for critical applications where production is affected by water based slurries.

Recovered waste can be transport to the surface on conveyors without extended periods of downtime or reduction in productivity.

Description

Water$ave DS is an extremely effective stabilizing agent for waste and mineral dumps, civil and commercial building sites, open cut and underground mines, coal stock pile management, quarries and landfills, unpaved roads, parking and open areas, rural roads and airstrips and other dust prone areas. This is a proven, economic and environmentally friendly solution for the control of dust.

Water$ave DS is a polymer tablet that has been developed to avoid the use of specialised dosing equipment. This anionic polymer is mixed in an easy-use effervescent tablet. The immediate dissolution of the tablet allows for the homogenous mixture of polymer in the water tank.

Water$ave DS is made out of a linear polymer of specific molecular weight and charge, linked with an effervescent system. The tablet will rapidly dissolve in the presence of water, releasing the polymer without any mechanical stirring and without any gel blocking.

Description

WATER$AVE PL Plug is blend of lineal and cross linked polymers that are used for dam and pond sealing. When applied to an existing dam or pond it creates a plug where leakage occurs without the need to drain the water or bring in heavy earthmoving equipment.

These polymers are insoluble and will be sucked into any crack or porous area whilst they are slowly hydrating to a size from 1mm to 30 mm creating a plug.

This is a proven, economic and environmentally friendly solution for sealing leaking dams.

Application Rates

Water$ave PL is spread on the surface by hand or with an approved powder applica-tor.

Basic rate of application is around 75g/m² for a slow leak & 100gm/m

2 for a fast leak.

Water$ave PL is best applied with water temperature above 5°C and where wind conditions are moderate.

Water$ave M is used to improve the quality & efficiency of gardens, vegetable patches & flower beds by reducing water usage & optimising the use of those water & nutrients by the plants. Also as a result the leaching of nutrients & fertilisers is greatly reduced, preventing ground water pollution. Water$ave M is a specific blend of premium cross linked polymers to assist with the growth & transplantation of plants & shrubs.

Water$ave M quickly uptakes the water & then gradually releases the water & nutrients for years as it is required by the plants, reacting again each time it is irrigated.

Description

2 teaspoons of Water$ave M per plant will absorb 1litre of water. A little Water$ave M will go a long way. In broad acre farming and for larger applications, the amount of Water$ave M that is needed may vary due to soil type, location and crop. Please contact us for best results.

Description

Water$ave HY Hydro is a blend of Water$ave and Flobind that can be efficiently applied for hydro seeding operations in mountainous areas or road embankments. Flobind maximises plant establishment and holds the components together preventing loss of material through wind and water erosion.

Water$ave HY prevents cellulose mulch from becoming hardpan during a dry spell. The mul-chremains aerated allowing the seeds to sprout quickly. Water$ave HY also reduces the amount of mulch needed.

Application Rates

1 to 2 kg of fine textured Water$ave HY per cubic meter of water along with mulching materials, fixing agents (Flobind), seeds and fertilizers.

Depending upon water retention desired, soil retention desired, soil type and salt content of the water, one hectare of hydro seed will only require 10-20kg of polymer.

Water$ave HY must be added last to the hydroseeder tank after the other components.

Stir at least 15 minutes before spreading.

Water$ave PT Plantation is effective in the planting of trees, bushes and saplings. It makes it possible to reduce the mortality due to transplant shock and to enhance root development and therefore bring about more rapid growth and production.

Water$ave PT is non toxic and biodegradable, reduces the leaching of any introduced fertilizer, minimizing evaporation from the soil whilst improving porosity and aeration.

Description

Add 6g of Water$ave PT per tree planting.

The polymer must be evenly mixed into the excavated soil.

Place the root ball of the plant at the bottom of the hole and fill in the hole with the treated soil.

Make sure that Water$ave PT is distributed evenly around the roots. Then cover the surface with 5cm of untreated soil to prevent degradation of the polymer by UV rays and stagnation of water on the surface.

Description

Water$ave Turf - Water$ave is easily used throughout the growth cycle of lawns and sod. It ensures good germination, fast root development and regular and even growth of lawns. The rooting of sod is also faster.

The collection and storage of rain and irrigation water can reduce labour and water costs, as well as provide relief for difficult growth areas and hot spots. Water$ave Turf - is widely used in landscaping for golf courses and grass in parks and gardens.

Application Rates

Work, break up and level the soil to be planted with grass either by hand or with a plough.

Spread up to 50g/m² of Water$ave on the top of ground area.

Water$ave may be broadcast by hand or applied with a fertilizer spreader for a more even distribution.

Work Water$ave into the soil to a maximum depth of 10cm. This can be done by hand with a spade or mechanically with a disk plow or a rototiller.

Seed the lawn or lay the sod. Roll the soil to compact it. Spread fertilizer if needed.

Water the area liberally to allow a full absorption of the product.

The planted ground area will be watered normally for one week. Then irrigation frequency will be divided by half with the same amount of water as previously.

Flora Gel

Biodegradation - Water$ave is sensitive to the action of ultraviolet rays that, by breaking bonds, degrade the polymer into oligomers (molecules of much smaller size). It thus becomes much more sensitive to the aerobic and anaerobic processes of microbiological degradation. Water$ave therefore degrades naturally in soils (up to 10%-15% per year) in CO ²,H²O and nitrogen compounds.

Bioaccumulation - The polymer is much too voluminous to be absorbed into the tissues and cells of plants. Its potential to bioaccumulate is therefore nil. The period of effectiveness of Water$ave in the field ranges from 1 to 5 years depending on the particle size and agro-climatic conditions.

Toxicity - Water$ave products demonstrate no systemic toxicity.

Note:

The higher the water temperature, the faster the absorption.

If the product is spilled, be sure not to rinse it with water. The ground would become extremely slippery. Shovel or vacuum it up.

To clean equipment, blow off the powder traces with compressed air.

Avoid contact with eyes and skin, use of gloves and goggles is recommended.
