A rotating panel of judges will adjudicate this event and will comprise of SABOD

judges, IDO international judges and SADTA adjudicators. Members of the panel will be

announced closer to the event

to alteration, depending on the number of entries received.

The organiser reserves the right to combine or cancel sections, if and when

In the event of any alteration, an up-date notification will be issued to each

studio/dance club.

ENTRY FEES The Entry Fee is R440.00 per dancer which includes the following:

Entrance to dance, irrespective of how many sections entered.

Dancers have free entrance into the Sun Central Superbowl & Warrior Hall for the

full duration of the “Giants” festival.

Includes a commemorative T-shirt, a souvenir programme and free entry to the

“Achiever Finals” in the Sun Central Superbowl.

Entry Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. NO ENTRIES WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PROOF OF PAYMENT

DANCE FLOORS The dance floor will be divided in two for certain sections where appropriate for that

section / heat. 20m wide x 26.2m long.

Performing Arts Stage Size to be advised.

EXHIBITORS Limited Space is available and on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in

GAMING There are gaming facilities at the Sun Central & Sun Soho Hotel. Gambling for persons

18 years and over. Sun International supports the National Responsible Gambling

PARKING Sun City Main Gate entrance fee: R60 per person which includes transfer from the

main parking lot to Sun Central.

SPECTATOR TICKETS Computicket sales open on 20th March 2017. Spectators will be able to purchase

entrance tickets to the BOTG All Style Festival from any Computicket outlet, as well as

from the REGISTRATION VENUE FOR BOTG DANCING : IN THE LUPATA ROOM – Located

on upper level on the right hand side of the Sun Central (Entertainment Centre) at Sun

City.

Cost: R120 Adults, R60 for kids under 12 years & R90 for pensioners & MVG card

holders. This is for a full day irrespective of arrival times. Dancing is in two venues: Sun

Central Superbowl and Warrior Hall, with unreserved seating. Sun City Central Security

will manage this process.

T-SHIRT ORDERS & SIZES Dancers all receive ONE commemorative T-Shirt as part of their entry fee.

T-shirts are to be ordered as follows:

Dancer ONLINE Entries. This t-shirt size must be entered online along with the entry

into the competition on www.sabod.co.za/sys

For Freestyle, Disco, Ballroom & Latin Dancer entries, the t-shirt size order must be

completed on the cover sheet on page 15 & page 21 and emailed to

beverler@netactive co.za with the relevant entry forms.

Non-dancers (teachers, spectators, students, parents etc) who wish to order a

commemorative t-shirt and dancers who require extra commemorative t-shirts, may

do so by completing the attached non dancer t-shirt order form on page 8 and

emailing it to [email protected] with the proof of payment accompanying

the order form.
