The BRC Implementation Workbook compliments our BRC Storage and Distribution Quality Management System and can be used as a guide to implementing your Safety & Quality Management System from scratch

starting with Senior Management Input.

Workbook Guidance - Senior Management Implementation

The Workbook includes Senior Management Implementation checklists that establish your Quality & Safety Management System fundamentals including Quality Safety Policies and Objectives. The checklists and guidance includes: Senior Management QSMS Implementation Checklist Defining the Scope of the Quality & Safety Management System Providing adequate support to establish the QSMS Establishing and providing Infrastructure and Work Environment Requirements Allocating Responsibility and Authority Establishing a Quality & Safety Management System Steering Group Establishing a Safety Team Establishing a Product Recall/Crisis Management Team Establishing Quality & Safety Responsibility & Authority Levels Establishing Communication Channels

At this stage, you can choose to totally implement the procedures supplied or pick those that are applicable to your process. The procedural templates form the foundations of your Quality Safety Management System so you don't have to spend 1,000's of hours writing compliant procedures:

Introduction to the BRC Standard for Storage and Distribution There is an illustrated PowerPoint training module presentation to use to introduce the BRC Standard for Storage and Distribution to the management team and explain how to start the process of implementing a BRC compliant Quality & Safety Management System.

All Candidates receive an IFSQN Academy Certificate on successful completion of each course

In the Training folder there is also a Training Matrix Template and an Implementation Plan Template

A training matrix and plans should be drawn up for all staff and the relevant training given based on responsibility and authority.
