The following Alternatives (B, D, F, and H) have been eliminated since the last public meeting because these Conceptual Alternatives include a connection to Collinsville Road near Kenny Bernstein Lane that would not be used on a daily basis. Given that a connection to Collinsville Road is already provided by the existing Exchange Avenue, the cost and impacts to key environmental resources for a new connection to Collinsville Road near Kenny Bernstein Lane were determined not to be prudent.
