Academy mission

To assist individuals to reach their potential

To develop players across the 4 corners stones of

development; technical/tactical, physical, social and

psychological To construct a games program that supports development by

having a 4:1 ratio of training to games.

To profile each player and have them find a position that best

fits their profile.

To assist players on their soccer pathway to adulthood

To support parents during the college recruitment process

10-12 boys (26)

12-14 boys (21)

High school boys (16)

High school girls (17)

We will have a tryout for 10-14 girls for NGS

Expectations for our groups:

Tested 4 times a year physically (see testing sheet)

Train regularly (2-3 times a week on soccer)

Attend appropriate JLTA fitness classes (one a week

minimum)

Attend classroom sessions

Participate is as many games as possible

Work hard to develop their profile Report criteria (DVD)

Group two = 12-14 boys

Group three = high school boys Group four = high school girls

Testing schedule

We will physically test all players using JLTAstaff and record all results. (Week of July 29thand August 6th See schedule)

We will also do the dog and ducksoccer testthe week of August 13th.

Syllabus starts 20th August

Play-day for all players on Saturday 25th August

9am-11am Games program to start in September
