Our instructor-facilitated online courses are informative, fun, convenient, and highly interactive. Our instructors are famous for their ability to create warm and supportive communities for learners. All courses run for six weeks with a two-week grace period at the end. Courses are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas, supplementary links, and more. Youth Enrichment ProgramsBefore & After School CareThe SPACE program (Safe Place Activities CEnter) is located at Gause School for all Kindergarten through 5th grade students. Busing is available in the morning and afternoon for Cape Horn-Skye and Hathaway School students. Students enjoy enrichment activities, homework help, recreation opportunities, and nutritious snacks. Preschool More and more families know the benefits of quality preschool. WCER offers Preschool at Cape Horn/Skye, Hathaway, and Gause Schools. Children ages 3-5 (fully potty trained) can attend 2 or 4 days per week in AM or PM sessions. The program supports Washougal S.D. expectations for entering Kindergarten and is developmentally ap-propriate for students socially and aca-demically. Mini Kickers Sports Camp Mini Kickers is a balance and coordination program that uses soccer and soccer related fun games to improve children’s coordination in a fun non-competitive environment. Children will be introduced to organized groups that em-phasize sportsmanship, fun, and fair play at all times. If your child wants to get involved in team sports, or is just full of energy... this is a great way for them to gain confidence and coordination that will benefit them in all sports later in life. Participatns will juggle bal-loons with their feet, kick bubbles, and use their imagi-nation in games like “ shark attack “ and “tunnell tag”!
