We are proud to be a holder of the “We’re Good To Go” badge given to tourism and hospitality businesses that have worked hard to follow government and industry COVID-19 guidelines in preparation for your return. Rest assured that you and your family can relax in the knowledge that we have all the relevant health and safety measures in place, which we have outlined here for you... We are delighted to re-open our holiday parks and welcome our guests back once again. Rest assured that you and your family can relax in the knowledge that we have all the relevant health and safety measures in place, which we have outlined here for you...

Steps we have taken

As a family run business, we take great pride in our holiday parks, and the safety of our guests and team is our top priority. With this in mind, we have put a number of additional health and hygiene procedures in place including the following:

Playing your part

We are all in this together, and we kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following measures you can adopt to help keep both you, other owners and our teams safe throughout your stay.

Our Beverley team

Our team have been trained in all the additional precautions we are taking. Please ensure you practice social distancing with our team members at all times, as well as with other oliday guests.

As per government guidelines, if a member of our team or their household experience Covid symptoms they will be instructed to self-isolate at home immediately. Please note, some of our team members may not be wearing PPE suchas face coverings bec ause this is not suitable for their role.

Keep contact to a minimum by directing any enquiries to [email protected] or 01803 843887 in the first instance. Should you need to visit Reception, perspex screens are in place and masks must be worn.

Wash your hands regularly with soap and warm water for 20 seconds.

Always use the sanitisation points when entering and leaving facilities / buildings.

Please ensure you social distance with other guests and our team members at all times.

Please comply with all safety guidance and masks to be worn in Reception, the Shop and Catch.

As the lead guest, you are responsible for ensuring all guests in your accommodation follow our Covid rules. Failure to do so, or abuse towards our team, will not be tolerated. We thank you for your cooperation.

If you or any of your family have Covid symptoms, you must return to your primary residence if well enough to do so and let us know on 01803 843887.

Once you’ve arrived

Checking InWe have adopted safer stay principles and for 2020 we have amended our arrival times so they are staggered. Please note your arrival below and please can we ask that you do not come on the park any earlier than this. You will be able to check in as soon as possible after these times, but please do bear with us with preparing your lodge and caravan with the additional procedures required.

From 4pm – Comfort and Classic Caravans. All 3rd party bookings, including Hoseasons.From 3pm – Comfort and Premier Lodges. Select, Premier and Platinum Caravans.From 2pm – Platinum Hot Tub Caravan and Lodges.From 12pm – Touring and Camping.

All accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Takeaways Now AvailableOur brand new takeaway concept offers a range of food and drinks for collection only. Payment must be made by card or contactless. You can also order in advance via our recently launched Beverley Holidays App and our new Click & Collect takeaway service.

Jetty Lounge, Bar & Terrace Our Jetty Lounge, Bar & Terrace with its new-look outside seating area is open. With seating currently restricted we recommend booking in advance on 01803 843887 ext 231.

Outdoor PoolsOpen daily and restricted to limited numbers per 1-hour sessions. We ask you to come ready to go straight into the pool and to you must pre-book your session for everyone in your party including non-swimmers and spectators. via our newly launched Beverley Holidays App.

Park ShopOur shop will be available for your retail needs. Opening times will be displayed and also on our Beverley Holidays App. Payment must be made by card or contactless.

Playground & Crazy GolfOur playgrounds and crazy golf course are open - safety guidelines will apply.

Family Activities & EntertainmentFrom live outdoor music acts, kids’ funtime, crafts, movie mania to bingo, there’s lots of fun to be had by all while keeping in mind social distancing and health and safety requirements.

What to do if you feel unwell...• If you or a member of your household experience Covid symptons

before arrival, please stay at home and follow government guidelines.

• If you or one of your guest feels unwell while on park, please return to your accommodation immediately and follow NHS advice. You / your guest must contact us and await further instructions. Please note, current advice is to return home if well enough to do so.!
