MESSAGE FROM YOUR ADMINISTRATOR

West Boca Moose would like to welcome Chef Erick formerly of the “Whale’s Rib” and “The Whale”. Dinner will be available Monday through Thursday from 5pm-8pm. Fridays Appetizers will be available 4pm-6pm and Dinner will be available from 6pm-9pm. Check the menu or calendar for this month’s dinners. Hot dogs and pizza willbe available anytime at the bar.

We are trying out some new things at West Boca so come on out and support YourLodge. In order to keep up with all that is going on there will be a sign up sheet in the Social Quarters so you can leave your email address. The newsletter and weekly reminders go out to the emails first so get signed up. If you have already given your email address and you are not receiving your newsletter or weekly reminders check in your Spam folder or your Junk Mail folder. Add westbocamoose204@gmail.com to youraddress book and all emails should go into your Inbox.

On a more personal note I would like to thank the outgoing Boards-of-Officers from both the LOOM and the WOTM for a job well done. I look forward to working with the incoming Officers to make West Boca “The Place To Be”.

West Boca women's chapter meetings are the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month at 7pm. May 1st willbegin a new year and we still have 2 vacant offices and are asking for your help. We need you ladies toget involved with the Women of the Moose. Please come out and join us at a chapter meeting. Wewelcome your ideas and your talents. We would love to hear what it is you and your family would liketo see or do while at the lodge. So please bring yourselves out and get involved.

The Women of the Moose provides social, sports, family and community service opportunities in afraternal setting. Members of the Women of the Moose dedicate many volunteer hours to those in need,not only in their own Chapter and Lodges, but more importantly, to those in the community. The two main objectives of the Women of the Moose are Mooseheart and Moosehaven. Themaintenance and financial support of these two communities comes almost solely from the men andwomen of the Moose Fraternity.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Wow - The feedback I got for last month's inaugural editionof the West Boca MooseLetter was throughout positive to say theleast. A lot of people said “Good Job”. And I mean a lot.

Now: one should be really suspicious if there are no otherthan encouraging comments, and ask what he or she has gotteninto – and how one would ever get out of this...

On the other hand – have you noticed how my antlers have grown larger since lastmonth? And that the printouts of the inaugural edition placed in the lodge were sold out in justa few weeks?

When you got to this page you know this edition of the West Boca MooseLetter is largerthan last month's. In fact it is the largest ever (ok, big deal with just two editions so far). Amongthe additions are the preview for next month, and the menus. We have some morecontributions for this edition, and it is a busy month anyway. Lots of things going on.

This time marks the beginning of terms of our new elected – and non-elected, appointed– officers, to whom we wish all the best. The inauguration ceremonies last month was the firstmajor event covered by the West Boca MooseLetter reporters. You'll see photos of thatthroughout this edition. Yes, our cameras are everywhere.
