Jeopardy Science Review Happening in Oakhurst & Fresno!

5th and 8th graders are invited to join us for a Jeopardy team challenge as we review science standards for the state test! Teams will be working together to answer questions about topics in science. Study before you come! See the link below to download state released science test questions or ask your charter teacher for a copy: http://www.cde.ca.gov/ta/tg/sr/css05rtq.asp Prizes will be given throughout the Jeopardy tournament, and we will have a sweet treat to celebrate at the end! Date: April 11th for 5th Grade Time: 1:00-2:30 April 18th for 8th Grade Time: 1:00-2:30

8th Grade Parents! The 8th grade Promotion Ceremony is scheduled for June 1 at 4:00 p.m., that’s just around the corner! I am putting together a slide show honoring all of this year's 8th graders. I need your help! Please send me pic-tures of your 8th grader! If you would like to participate, please send at least one baby picture (a picture of your child under the age of five) and at least one current picture. If you have other pictures of exciting things you have done this school year please send them to me (no more than four please). I will try to use all pictures sent, but I may not be able to use them all as I am also trying to keep the slide show under three minutes. Please email all pictures to apatterson@wscsfamily.org no later than May 20.
