There are 12,000 homeless women and 10,000 homeless girls in

Massachusetts who face a humiliating reality: limited or no access

to feminine hygiene products.

The Westwood Young Women’s Club has partnered with local

business to support Dignity Matters, a non-profit organization that

provides these much needed items to women and girls in need,

by hosting a collection drive from April 23 – May 4.

Fight Poverty. Help local women. Support Dignity Matters.

Your donations of bras (new and lightly used), pads, tampons and

underwear (new) help these women and girls stay healthy, boost

school attendance, and live with basic dignity.

ADMISSION FREE. Must be over 18 years of age.

In this course, we will explore the foundations of Raja Yoga. Journey back into the experience of peace, harmony, and inner power through this unique form of meditation. Understand the spiritual identity of the soul and experience how our daily actions & choices influence the main functions of the soul - the mind, intellect, and impressions. Explore the power of thoughts and how they can bring harmony and build better relationships in our lives. We will also discover methods to understand and connect with the unconditional support of the Source. When we keep ourselves full, we have so much more to give others!

Merrillyn Hener is a physical therapist who specializes in Integrative Manual Therapy. She currently works with a Cambridge based outpatient clinic and a Newton-based home health agency. Merrillyn began her study and practice of Raja Yoga in 2008 while living in Ethiopia. She now serves as a Co- Coordinator of Inner Space Meditation Center and Galley. Merrillyn is a former resident of Westwood and graduated from Westwood High School. Instructor
