What is Heat Illness?During the summer or in hot working conditions, sweating may not cool the body sufficiently. Sweat is the body’s natural air conditioner, and if you don’t sweat enough, your temperature may rise to dangerous levels. Heat Illnesses, such as heat cramps, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, occur when the body’s temperature is above normal levels.

Kinds of Heat Illness
Heat Cramps• Heat Cramps are painful muscle spasms.• Cramping occurs when a person tries to
replenish the water lost when sweating but fails to replenish salt and other electrolytes.
