Do I need to log in every day to compete?
No, you do not need to log in every day. It is possible to journal for past days. You do not need to log every detail to be eligible for prize draws.
Is it a weight loss challenge? Do I need to be overweight to compete?
No, it is NOT a weight loss challenge. The challenge is focused on overall wellness. It is designed to motivate people at ANY fitness level or current health status to make healthier choices.
What do we need to do to compete?
Each week you will receive a different video introducing the week’s challenge with motivation from your guide (past contestant of your choice).
You will also receive a video tip from Dolvett Quince in the area of Motivation and Nutrition.
You will also receive an optional workout from Dolvett Quince each week.
To Earn Points, there are a combination of weekly and daily activities.
Weekly: Updating Weight, Motivation, Completing Weekly Task
Daily: Journaling Water, Minutes of Activity, Servings of Fruit / Vegetables
Logging is all done in one location on the web or app in seconds a day.
You can log for past days so you do not need to log in each day.
You do not need to log every detail to be eligible for prize draws.
How much time will it take to participate?
You can log in as little as once/week or every day. Actual challenge activities can be completed in less than a minute/day.
