A message from Judy Reilly, Community Programs Director

Often I enjoy reading leadership blogs to gain tips, tricks and the

perspective of others. I came across information that would be

of benefit for all of our staff, and help cultivate the leader in all

of us, regardless of the position.

The role of a leader is multi-faceted including: to inspire others,

to be a role model, and to set the norms for the culture of the

work environment. Take a moment to reflect on the above roles.

What are you currently doing to inspire others? To role model

good leadership traits? To build a positive work culture? Are

there other things that you could do? What’s stopping you? You
