Too Many Taxes?! How do Recordation and Transfer Taxes Affect Your Bottom-Line?

The Tax Revision Commission is examining the District's recordation and transfer (R&T)tax structure. The Commission's staff released a list of policy options for theCommissioners to consider for changing the R&T tax structure.

We are entering crunch-time in these hearings, and we need y our feedback! What annoy sy ou about R&T taxes? How would y ou change the tax structure?
