Number 9…Laser Pointer

1) Go to the Slideshow tab and click on one of the Start Slide Show icons.

2) Start the slideshow by selecting one of these icons

3) Press and hold ctrl and click the left mouse button.

To change the color of the laser pointer…

1) Click Set Up Slideshow in the Setup group on the Slideshow tab

2) Select the color that you want from the Laser Pointer list in the Set Up Show dialog box, under Show Options and click OK.

Number 5…Artistic Effects

1) Click the picture that you want to apply an artistic effect to.

2) Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Adjust group, click Artistic Effects.

3) Click the artistic effect that you want to apply

Number 6…Remove the Background

1. Click the picture that you want to remove the background from.

2. Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Adjust group, click Background Removal.

Number 4…Trim an Audio Clip

1) Select the audio clip, then press Play.

2) Under Audio Tools, on the Playback tab, in the Editing group, click Trim Audio.

3) To trim…The beginning of the clip, click the start point and drag the arrow to the desired starting position for the audio clip.

The end of the clip, click the end point and drag the arrow to the desired ending position for the audio clip.

Number 10…Turning Your Presentation Into a Video

1. Create your presentation in PowerPoint and save it.

2. Click Save and Send on the File menu.

3. Under Save and Send, click Create a Video.
