Hall is a celebration of Perth’s history.

Exclusive use of Postal Hall is perfect for large events, catering for 160 seated guests and

500 guests for a cocktail evening.

Sharing the tastes, tales and traditions of Italy, the

Post menu nods to European simplicity – deeply

appealing flavours, realised with the highest quality

of local produce. Ideal for group dining for up to

20 guests or private dining for up to 14.

P E T I T I O N

Casual, contemporary and convivial – Petition is an

always-on restaurant that celebrates the best of what’s

fresh and what’s local. Ideal for group dining of up to 26

guests. Group dining is also available in Wine Merchant

or Beer Corner and ideal for groups of up to 30.

L O N G C H I M

Housed in a characterful heritage cellar with

brick archway features, Long Chim is a triumph

of contemporary Thai flavours, perfect for shared

style group dining for up to 50 guests.

Wildflower serves contemporary dishes revolving

around the indigenous ethos of six seasons.

The Private Dining Room is an intimate space for

meetings and group dining with sweeping views

of the Swan River for up to 20 guests.

Beer Corner heroes the art and science behind some

of the best brews from Western Australia and across

the globe. The knowledgeable team will guide you

Spanning over three elegantly appointed spaces

Pooles Temple is the epitome of the classic, late night

underground bar.

A cosmopolitan corner that delivers the evening’s final

The famed high walled, heritage courtyard is

an iconic feature of Long Chim. Guests can enjoy

signature beverage and canapé packages for

A versatile and intimate function space with

offers an airy, open area with high ceilings, jarrah

wood floors and original Western Australian artwork.

Wine Merchant is a place for enjoyment and

conversation, underscored by staff with an incredible

knowledge of wine. A cosy space, suited to intimate

gatherings for hosted wine masterclasses, stand-up
