Thailand is very popular holiday destination in Asia that is located within the tropics and there many placesto visit and explore. When most people think of Thailand, they think of Bangkok but there are many otherplaces in the kingdom to explore. Places such as Phuket, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan are as popular asever and if you like being on tropical islands, then these places are worth taking a look at.

Thailand is a country that impresses me more every time I visit. Southeast Asia is a great destination for afamily vacation and Thailand is the best of the best. My wife and I are going to Thailand inNovember/December and our trip includes 4 full days in Phuket.

Our only problem is deciding what area of Phuket to stay!

But there are so many great towns, cities, islands and fantastic beaches. So much warmth and friendlinessfrom the locals.

Thailand is an ideal location for families as Thai people have a fun loving nature and absolutely adorechildren. Laguna Phuket's hotels are child friendly and set up to accept families, with family rooms offeringchildren's amenities, youngsters' menus, mini-marts and four dedicated kids' clubs organizing dailyactivities. Most have camp instructors services too.
