WEDDING CONCIERGE

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR CIVIL MARRIAGE• Valid passport copies

• Birth Certificates

• If either party is a widow or widower the original Death Certificate is needed, together with the original Marriage Certificate

• If either party has changed name, proof is required (we recommend by means of a letter signed and stamped by a Public Notary)

• If any of the documents are not in English or French, an official translation, stamped and signed by a solicitor is required

• If either party is under the age of 18 years, a parent must accompany him or her, as well as a legal permission of a parent or legal guardian

• Divorce certificate if clients have been previously married

Please note that all certificates must be sent to the hotel by fax or by email at least 21 days prior to the wedding date. All original certificates must be presented in the resort.

Surcharges applicable for late submission (registrar fees), weekends and public holidays. The Hotel is not responsible for any embassy procedure or registration, this should be handle by the couple.

The ceremony takes place within the grounds of the hotel and is conducted by a registrar and is legally recognised.

The date selected is subject to the registrar’s availability. As it is your special day we only allow one wedding per day per property.
