Conclusions

- My Account: Is helping to build our own Database that could be helpful in future campaigns.

- Gallery: “Museo de Arte de Ponce” is the most watched video, but it also is the first video that is automatically displayed when entering the gallery.

Our Recommendations

- Include other mandatory fields in the Register Form, such as, nationality, country of residence, birthday, in order to create a more complete database.

- Videos may not play automatically when entering the gallery.- Add more photos of wonderful beaches.

- Review the design of this element.- Booking Engine: The use of this element has declined.

- Events / Offers: The sections have been renamed, producing a big impact on the users

- Consider the impact of a good section name.
