Harmony Day Student participated in a Video Conference Bara-fish hook weaving. Student were shown traditional Aboriginal weaving techniques. Covernet Players Joe and Cozette from Covernet Players visited the school last Thursday. They performed a series of short plays about Friendship and Bullying. They involved the students in the play acting. Thanks to Rick Taylor Senior for transporting them from and to the airstrip. Ride to School Day Some of our students rode to school last Friday and others walked. Book Club Book Club orders and money are due back to school by 28th March 2018. Geology Rocks

Tomorrow morning students will be participating

in a Video Conference related to their Science

unit “Earth and Space Sciences”

Captains Induction

Griffin Forrest will be inducted into the position

of School Captain at Assembly this Wednesday.

Books In Homes will also be presented. The

Assembly will start at 12.30pm. A light luncheon

will follow. Everyone Welcome.

Stewart House

Stewart House donation envelopes were

distributed last week, Please support this worthy

organisation which provides a two week holiday

at Curl Curl beach in Sydney for selected

students in our area. Please return donations in

the envelopes provided back to the school.

2018 Coles Sports for Schools

Program

The Coles Sports for Schools Program is almost

over. If you have collected vouchers can you

please drop them at the school or in the

collection box at Coles as soon as possible.

Easter Raffle

The P & C are running an Easter Hundred

Squares Raffle at the Corner Store, $2.00 per

square with the prize being $100.00 cash. Raffle

drawn when fully sold.

P & C Meeting

There will be a P & C Meeting tomorrow

afternoon to discuss the School Plan which was

distributed today. If you are unable to attend the

meeting please send any feedback to me by

Wednesday morning.
