What to Expect Friday: An action-packed day from 10AM-7PM. Physical

Fitness Activities (20-30min interval sessions) including ZUMBA®; Double Dutch

(jump rope); Cross Fit Kids; Basketball; American Ninja Warrior Jr.; Sports

Challenge; America’s Next Top Chef Jr Cook-Off; Mixxedfit®; Capoeira; Afro-

Beats/Drumming Circle; MASHUP®; Soul Clap; Hip-Hop…………... and more.

Field Trip Students Grades Pre-K – 8 times, 10AM-2:30PM. Participation

Activities 10AM-12:30PM; Lunch & Expo (vendors/shopping) 12:30-1:30PM.

Performance Showcase 1:30-2:15PM. Departure for buses 2:30PM.

Grades 9-12 same activities & times with an additional performance showcase

at 2:30-3:30PM, continued physical activities, workshops, and trainings. Buses

depart 5PM or at requested times of individual school.

College Students/ Youth Organizations – same activities and showcases. Arrival

& Departures determined by school/organization 10AM-7PM.

Exhibit Hall/Expo 10AM-7PM FREE and Open to the Public: Networking,

Shopping, Advocate Information, Workshops, Demonstrations.

Pre-Registration required for all student and organization field trips. Pre-

Registration is highly encouraged for individuals, families, groups, and

professionals however, registration for non-field trip attendees can be done

onsite until capacity is reached and are subject to late registration fees.
