NLC COMPENSATION PROGRAM

Commissions A direct sale of an Access ID by an

Independent Associate for the sum of $795 earns a commission of $50.

Commissions are paid after the second sale is received by NLC, Inc.

After two sales, the Associate is designated as Commission & Bonus Qualified.

REGULAR PROGRESSION BONUS

When a Pay Center reaches five sales on each side you earn a

This bonus is to reward Associates that have a growing organization.

An Associate earns overrides on each level for each application to be added to the commission they make from the sale.

To qualify for a Director Bonus you must have two sales – one on each side of your Pay Center.

DIRECTOR BONUS

Director Bonuses range from $10 - $50 per application, based upon level of achievement.

DIRECTOR BONUSESManager: Become a Manager when you receive three 10 and 10 Progression Bonuses (3 checks of $1500)
