“CFG was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a classroom setting. Not only did I learn about various protocols to use in a professional learning community and in my classroom, but I also learned a lot about myself. CFG gave me the opportunity to reflect on my teaching philosophy and truly commit to ways to grow in my practice while doing protocols that were meaningful to the group. I will forever hold the CFG experience close to my heart because it allowed me to start my teaching career on the path of growth and reflection. ”AHS High School Teacher

“Participating in CFG this summer after 19 years of teaching refocused my energies on why I got into teaching in the first place: Opening student's eyes to possibilities. Throughout the intensive week long training I was constantly reminded that the greatest resources of teaching are actually students and educators. The structured frameworks we learned have increased my confidence as a teacher and facilitator with students and adults.” AHS High School Teacher

“The truck it makes every member of the band hold his or her head high as they march into a stadium or onto a field” Drum Major
