WIDOS weldingmachine MAXIPLAST

Mobile machine for the hea-ting element butt welding ofpipes and fittings made out ofpolyolefines of the dimensionsOD 50 - 160. The solid basicmachine has two aluminiumclamping tools swivelling eachto 15° for the fabrication ofsegmented bends. By usingdifferent reducer inserts of asmall, large or extra-largetype, all clamping options canbe realized. For fittings withextremely short legs, solidsteel clamping tools in smallversion are available.The solid base with ball-bea-red guidings, spindle andpower input damped bysprings enables quick move-ments for short change-overtimes as well as a soft pressu-re build-up. Due to the com-pact and solid design, the ma-chine is ideally suitable for theusage at places with difficultaccess under on-site conditi-ons. For the stationary usage,an additional basement isavailable which enables to usethe machine as table-set.

The solid planer (230 V/400 W)with electric drive has beenoptimized with respect to amost simple handling.The electronically controlledheating element (230 V/800W) has a non-sticking coatingof high quality, an externalmains switch and controllamps for interval checking.The exact temperature controlmeets all requirements of DVS 2208.For the safe storage of hea-ting element and planer, asolid and easily portable heatprotected box is available. Thecomplete machine can betransported and stored in atransport case with additionalcompartments for all reductioninserts.Also available: versions in 110 V, °F or with lbs-force-dis-play.
