Earlier this year, IBM published the results of its research into Millennials in the workplace: Myths, exaggerations and uncomfortable truths Oneone of its key findings was that the 21–34 year old demographic is not as different to its
predecessors as has been widely claimed.
Far from being a homogenous group of committed idealists, as some believe, or lazy narcissists, as others would have it, Millennials, in terms of their goals and expectations, even their work ethic, are surprisingly similar to their older colleagues

Millennials are intuitively adept at instant communication, networking and social interaction online. They expect any information they want to be instantly available.
Millennials represent the first wave of digital natives to enter the workforce, and this does distinguish them.”
