Services In-factory, Customer Supplied Integration The customer will be responsible for supplying Howard Medical with all necessary internal parts and equipment to complete integration onto the carts. This includes, but is not limited to, all cabling and necessary components. Components must be received by Howard Medical no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled ship date. The customer will be responsible for installing any peripherals to include, but not limited to, monitors, notebooks, scanners, etc. upon the cart’s arrival. Training

In-Service TrainingPer Cycle:A Howard Medical Certified Trainer (HMCT) will provide in-service training on the carts for the nursing staff. This training will take place within the ward/unit or at a predetermined location lasting between 20-30 minutes. Note: Per cycle is defined as the training of all nursing shifts (maximum of 3) on one (1) particular ward/unit within a specified

24-hour period.Per Session:A Howard Medical Certified Trainer (HMCT) will provide in-service training on the carts for the nursing staff. This training will take place within the ward/unit or at a predetermined location and last 20-30 minutes. Note: Per session is defined as each 20-30 minute in-service training period.

Technical TrainingCart Training:A Howard Medical Certified Trainer (HMCT) will provide in-service train-ing on the carts for all technical staff. This training will take place in a conference room or training room and will last approximately 2 hours. The hospital will be responsible for providing a cart for training purpos-es. A fee is based per training session.Integration Training:A Howard Medical Certified Trainer (HMCT) will provide in-service train-ing on integration of the carts for all technical staff. This training will last approximately 3-6 hours. The hospital will be responsible for providing a cart for training purposes. A fee is based per training session.
