Die SME fertigt Stahlkonstruktionen und -tragwerke aller Art für die verschiedensten Projekte. Schlosserarbeiten, Konstruktion, Beschichtungen, Montagearbeiten. Schlüsselfertige Aufgabenerfüllung vervollständigt den Service. Die SME ist zertifiziert nach EN 1090-1, Bolzenschweißen nach DIN 14555 und WHG-Fachbetrieb.Im Bereich Stahlbau fertigt die SME Stahltragwerke nach EN1090-2, derzeit überwiegend in EXC2. Als zugelassener WHG-Fachbetrieb ist sie qualifiziert für die Errichtung und Instandsetzung von Auffangwannen etc.Wir führen die statische Berechnung, Maßaufnahme mit Totalstation, Erstellung aller erforderlichen Zeichnungen, Herstellung der Stahlkon-struktionen, Beschichtungen und die Montage aus. Stärken sind kurze Planungsphasen und Bauzeiten, Flexibilität bei der Ausführung. Kurze Wege, maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und ein eingespieltes Team sorgen für eine hohe Qualität. Das Spektrum reicht von einfachen Komponenten über Traversen, Podeste und Treppentürme bis hin zum kompletten Hallenbau mit Dach-/Fassadenverkleidung, Türe/Tore und Fenstereinbauten. Eine besondere Stärke ist der Behälter- und Speicherbau für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung (Solar-, Heizungs- und Kältetechnik). Wir fertigen ca. 900 Stück pro Jahr mit Durchmessern von 400 mm bis 3.500 mm, Längen bis zu 16 m und Druckstufen bis 10 bar.Die SME bietet die umfassende Lösung aus einer Hand für vielfältige und oftmals sehr individuelle Aufgaben.
