Friday, April 11

9 a.m. Fore W&L Law Golf Outing — Lexington Golf and Country Club Join fellow alumni on the golf course. You may enter as a team or as an individual.

2 – 2:30 p.m. Author, Hilary Martin Chaney ’98, ’04L — Classroom G “Through the Open Door: A Bipolar Attorney Talks Mania, Recovery and Heaven on Earth.”

2 – 2:45 p.m. Law School Admissions Information Session — Classroom C A representative from the Law School Admissions Office will discuss trends in law school admissions.

2:45 – Tucker and Lewis Halls: Now and Then — Classroom C 3:15 p.m. Learn about the planned renovations of the old and the new law school buildings. Photos and publications from Tucker Hall days will be on exhibit, with floor plans of both renovations slated to take place.

3 – 7 p.m. Registration — Lewis Hall Lobby

3:30 – Tucker Hall Open House 4:15 p.m. Come and walk through your old stomping ground.

3:30 – The Emerging Law Governing Inadvertent 4:30 p.m. Disclosures — Classroom C Vincent Bradford Professor of Law James E. Moliterno. This session will be an interactive discussion of how courts and bar associations are dealing with the modern phenomenon of lawyers mistakenly revealing confidential information to unintended recipients. Ethics CLE pending.

4:45 – Student/Faculty Panel - Today’s W&L Law — Classroom C 5:30 p.m. Learn more from current students and faculty about today’s W&L Law experience.

Saturday, April 12 8 a.m. Fun Run — Law School Parking Lot (starting point) Morning jog through Lexington. All fitness levels welcome.

9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Registration — Lewis Hall Lobby

9 – 10 a.m. Breakfast Connections — Moot Court Lobby and Classrooms E, F & G Start your Saturday morning with a student-alumni breakfast. You will meet with current students to discuss your career path, your practice area or how you’ve used your law degree, while enjoying a hearty breakfast.

10 – 11 a.m. Remarks from the President and Dean — Moot Court Room President Ken Ruscio ’76 and Dean Nora V. Demleitner will share their insights about the University and the Law School.

11:15 a.m. – Law Council Update, Outstanding Alumni Award, 12 noon Volunteer of the Year Award and Legal Legacy Presentations — Moot Court Room Meet our 2014 Alumni Award recipients. Congratulate our Legal Legacies (those who graduated 50 or more years ago). Learn about the Law Alumni Association and how you can help.

12 noon – Law Alumni BBQ — Evans Dining Hall 2 p.m. Enjoy some good food, Sweet Things ice cream and face painting for the kids. Music provided by The Luddites. Individual class photos will be taken.

Don’t miss the Public Interest Law Student Association

SILENT AUCTION!Stop by the Moot Court Lobby during registration hours and

during the Progressive Reception to bid on items. Proceeds will go toward PILSA summer grants for students

working in non-paying summer jobs.

2:30 – Hike House Mountain or the Chessie Trail 4:30 p.m. Meet in the Law School visitor parking lot at 2:15 p.m. and join students for an afternoon of hiking or a leisurely walk on the trail.

5 – 7 p.m. Registration — Lewis Hall Lobby

5 – 6:30 p.m. Progressive Law Reception with Faculty — Moot Court Lobby Tour the law school and enjoy appetizers and drinks hosted by various law faculty.

6:30 – 7 p.m. Class Photo — Law School Patio If you didn’t have your class photo taken at the BBQ, gather your classmates and meet the photographer.

7 – 11:30 p.m. Law Alumni Dinner — Lewis Hall Lawn Music by The Holiday Band Join us for dinner and dancing to the Southeast’s premier party and dance band. Check out their song list online and send your requests to Suzanne at swade@wlu.edu.
