Move order transacted on desktop– Query on specific jobs or schedules

– Update allocations if necessary


MSCA: Pick Release

Pick release selected jobs– Use Inventory Rules to allocate material

– Allocated material cannot be used for other transactions

– Create move orders for the required material


Optionally print move order pick slip report


MSCA: Move Order

Move order transacted on mobile– Query on specific jobs or schedules

– Underpick exception will backorder material requirement

– Allocation can be updated on desktop


WMS: Pick Release

Pick release selected jobs– Use WMS Rules Engine to allocate material

– Create tasks for allocated material Tasks split based on equipment capacity Assign task types



WMS: Maintaining Task

Tasks updateable in Warehouse Controlboard Manually assign task to particular operator Manually give task a higher priority
