ELECTRONIC HORN12-60 Volt DC U.L. ListedA new-state-of-the-art patented horn technology developed for heavy-duty industrial use. There are no moving parts or connects to pit or wear out, no moving contact points, no sparks, no induced noise in sensitive equipment. Low current demand works directly from horn switch without the need of a relay and capable of lighter gauge wire. The Model 3FHX7 is designed to sound for long extended periods without the worry of burn out like old fashion electro-mechanical type horns. All internal electronic components are set in epoxy in the plastic case making the Model 3FHX7 virtually weather resistant. No diaphragm fatigue, no volume or frequency changes and no adjustment screws for frequency. Standard 1/4” male push-on terminals are molded into heavy plastic housing eliminating horn damage from rain and spray water, which is common in conventional horns. Automatically adjusts to a voltage range of 12-60 VDC. Mounts with one bolt supplied.

HEAVY DUTY ON-BOARD AIR SYSTEM The model 3FHW1 is designed for use with train horns or any high-pressure horns that require an onboard air system. Designed with special extended tank 5.5 liters and a heavy duty, high volume compressor. The model 3FHW1 is a simple two piece air supply system consisting of a metal storage tank, compressor, 10 ft. of 1/4” O.D. nylon air hose, brass fittings and mounting hardware. The compressor is balanced and has heavy rubber bushings in it’s mounting base to virtually eliminate vibration. Has a built-in pressure regulator to maintain 110 psi.
