CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS- NO REFUNDS will be issued a�er 4pm, Thursday 2nd July 2020 unless you are able to prove a medical cer�ficate. The is because we hire fantas�c staff in advance to safely run our programme with the correct child/staff ra�os.- If for some reason your child misses a day from the programme, we will not swap this day free or charge, nor issue a refundADMINISTRATION FEES- We will charge a $15 administra�on fee per change or cancella�on a�er 4pm, Thursday 2nd July 2020- $2.00 Fee per child, per day, for a pre-booked seat on our bus service- Due to the nature of our processing �mes, we cannot guarantee that a booking will be confirmed when made within 24 hours of the first day of care.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW- Our minimum daily charges for Adventure Club are $49 per child, please note that there may be extra charges on some ac�vi�es- We are open from 8am - 6pm Monday-Friday- All children MUST be signed IN & OUT of the programme each day. You will be able to sign in your child at the top of the stairs from 8am - 8:55am daily- Please report any absences before 9am on 07 576 4233- Please ensure your child is at Waimarino before 9am, bus trips o�en leave at this �me (departure �mes will be specified if earlier)- Please label ALL your childs personal belongings- Waimarino accepts NO responsibility for lost, stolen or damage items. (Phones, devices, money & cameras). Please do not let your child bring any valuable items to the programme- Wetsuits and rash shirts are available FREE, this is thanks to generous funding we have received. If you would like to donate please contact oscar@waimarino-trust.co.nz- Waimarino reserved the right to change a programme on the day for any reason (usually weather or safety reasons) without any prior no�fica�ons to parents, a refund will not be issued.- We have a ZERO tolerance policy for bullying or harassment - Please remind your child to tell a leader if they experience this so it can be dealt with immediately- If a childs behavior is such that it ruins the enjoyment of others; risks or compromises the safety of themselves, others or equipment, we reserve the right to stand down the child for the day or suspend from the programme indefinitely. If this happens, a refund WILL NOT be issued.

WHAT TO BRING- Rash Shirt, wetsuit, togs & towel- Change of warm clothing- Raincoat- Enclosed footwear- A large morning tea, nutri�ous lunch & a�ernoon tea with a refillable drinks bo�le

WINZ SUBSIDIES- You are to contact WINZ on 0800 559 009 or www.workandincome.govt.nz to see if you qualify for a subsidy- WINZ will start your applica�on (if eligible) from the date you first make contact- Enrol your child(ren) in our programme via our website (see ‘HOW TO ENROL’)- We will fill out the relevant WINZ form & post it to you, or you can collect it- You will fill out your sec�on of the form and take it to WINZ- We will send you an invoice with an ESTIMATE of your WINZ subsidy. Any balance will be your deposit, this will need to be paid BEFORE your child starts- You are ul�mately responsible for making sure that your WINZ form is processed in �me. We can only es�mate your WINZ subsidy, if your actual subsidy is less than es�mated it is your responsibility to pay the difference.

PAYMENT DETAILS - Your child will only be accepted on the first day of the programme enrolled if your account has been paid. You are welcome to pay on the morning via credit card/cash. For WINZ clients, the deposit must have been paid. - PLEASE USE YOUR CHILDS SURNAME AND INVOICE NUMBER AS REFERENCE - Via internet banking: 01 0434 0347095 00 - Via Credit Card: Please call 07 576 4233- Receipts will only be sent via email upon request- If your account is overdue and requires debt collec�on, you, the client, will be liable for all any legal and/or collec�on costs that occur to recover this amount- Any late payments can occur a 10% charge
