Terms & Conditions Hand-Finished PiecesAll furniture is finished individually by hand in our factory by experienced artisans. Carved work, weathering, and leafing techniques are also done by hand. No two pieces will be an exact match.

Natural Variations in WoodOur wood case goods vary in grain and density which may make the same stain vary from piece to piece. Wood is a product of nature. Slight tears, knots and differences in color are the typical genuine trademarks of nature and add to the beauty of the wood. Slight differences in the wood and veneer are natural. OBD wood finishes are species specific. Our standard wood is White Maple. If a design is made in one of our premium wood species. The finish must be selected from our finishes for that species only. Ex. Walnut & Oak

Custom DesignAll custom designs must be pre-approved and prepaid by the customer. Those designs are not cancel-able and non-returnable. For in -house orders, the factory will execute two (2) drawings for custom orders. All additional drawings are $100 each and must be prepaid via credit card.

We make every attempt to show sample colors as accurately as possible, however displays vary. Please request a sample for accuracy and return the sample once approved so the artisans may match your approved sample. The factory reserves the right to make changes to or discontinue a color, style, or hardware at its own discretion and without any prior notification.

Care and CleaningStandard Finishes & StainsWipe surfaces with a damp cotton cloth and then wipe dry. Water and alcohol spots must be removed quickly. Strong stain removers or solvents are not recommended as they may destroy furniture finishes.

Leafing & Pearl CareLeafed and Pearlized Finishes require extra sensitivity and utmost care for the preservation of the finish. Carefully wipe surfaces with a damp cotton cloth and then wipe dry. Solvents and/or rough care will destroy these delicate finishes.
