1. Front Desk will issue the WIA/WIOA Application. (this application will assist in the OJT eligibility determination). All I9 Requirements will be copied and placed in application packets

2. When complete, we will have them take a seat in the RR Annex.

3. Individuals will be taken to the Main Conference Room to complete the application, math assessment.

Note: All applications and assessments will be collected before the applicant leaves the conference rooms. Inform applicants that supporting documents must be submitted before applications are delivered to UTLX
