In the last few days, several persons have informed police stations, that money has been fraudulently withdrawn from their accounts using ATM cards in the mainland particularly Delhi although they have not given their ATM cards to anyone. The fraud is not Cyber crime using ATM cards General public cautioned to be vigilant & change PIN of ATM cards in case of theft limited to any particular bank and it seems to have affected customers of all banks alike. Further, in these transactions, the money is withdrawn from the ATMs without disclosure of confidential information like ATM PIN. The general public have been requested to change the PIN of their ATM cards immediately to avoid any such loss on account of fraud. The ATM PIN can be changed either at the ATM machine or using internet banking or using mobile app of concerned bank. The Reserve Bank of India has defined limited liability of customers in Unauthorized Electronic Banking Transactions. Hence, the customers who are affected by such fraud have been requested to approach the concerned bank with an application within 3 working days for redressal of their grievance, a communication said. The theme for this year's celebration is 'Universal health coverage: everyone, everywhere'. The Health Department of Andaman & Nicobar Administration is implementing ANISHI Scheme which provides cashless medical treatment benefit upto Rs. 5.00 Lakhs per patient per illness to the people belonging to Below Poverty Level / /Priority House Hold, Pensioner of A&N Administration who have settled in these Islands after retirement with their World Health Day today- An insight into ANISHI Scheme Provides cashless medical treatment benefit upto Rs. 5 lakhs dependent family member and Permanent Resident whose family annual income is below Rs. 3.00 Lakhs. The eligible person(s)/patient can avail the cashless benefit in any empanelled hospital notified by the Administration from time to time ‘by completing the codal formalities at Nodal Cell (ANISHI)’. As specified under the scheme, the patient is to be referred by the concerned specialist of GB Pant Hospital, Port Blair thereafter, he/she has to approach the Nodal Cell (ANISHI) located at DHS Office for cashless benefit of the scheme. If the beneficiary is a permanent resident, he needs to submit annual family income certificate issued by Tehsildar, a copy of Islander /Voter /Aadhaar card and Ration card. The pensioner have to submit a copy of Pension Pay Order. The state Nodal Cell processes the case within 02 days and after obtaining approval of the Chairman ANISHI, orders are issued to the empanelled hospital to provide cashless benefit to treat the referred patient under the ANISHI Scheme. office of the Executive Engineer-III (Works), Municipal Council, between 11.00 AM & 04.00 PM every day except Saturday, Sunday and

Public Holidays.

Tender documents, excluding standard form, will be issued from the Executive Engineer-III(Works), PBMC during the hours specified above,

on payment of the following: 1. Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in cash as cost of tender document.

2. Attested copy of Pan Card (Legible) for the verification of signature proprietor of the firm/contractor is to be enclosed with application.

3. Contractor should submit GST registration copy along with application.

4. Contractor / Authorized representative of the contractor should be present at time of opening the tender with proper authorization letter.

The tender and earnest money shall be placed in separate sealed envelopes each marked ‘Tender and Earnest Money’ respectively and submitted

together in another sealed envelope. In case where earnest money in cash is acceptable the same shall be deposited with the Cashier of this

Division and the receipt thereof should be placed in the sealed envelope. The envelope marked ‘Tender’ of only those tenderers shall be opened

whose earnest money placed in the envelope is found to be in order.

While filling the form for document it is the sole responsibility of the contractor to fill/submit all the required copies/certificate correctly in true

spirit. As the scrutiny will be done while opening of the tender and if any document is found ineligilible tender will be summarily rejected & the

Executive Engineer-III(Works), Municipal Council, Port Blair reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

6. The spectacles should have 3 months warranty period.

7. The replacement will be made for the defective spectacles within warranty period on free of cost.

8. The rate of spectacles for cataract patients and School Children’s may be quoted separately. 9. The Earnest Money Deposit to the extent of Rs. 6,000/- in form of Call Deposit drawn in any of the nationalized bank at Port Blair in favour

of JS (NPCB) shall accompany the quotation. The quotation received without call deposit of the unsuccessful bidder shall be returned

immediately after the finalization of the quotation and the EMD received from the successful quotationer shall be retained in the office till the

satisfactory completion of the contractual period.
