A Question:YES: Most scholarly resources (Journals, Books, Manuals…..etc.) have digitized copies online.
NO: Most of them are not open to public.
Peer-reviewed(Scholarly) = Expensive.• Annual subscription fee could be 5-digit
What kinds of resources?“In order to support your position and answer objections, you will use 3-5 sources in your paper. At least two of these sources must be scholarly one that are currently in print form………”
