Ric and Kimberly Mount, owners of Rikerly's Place plan to open a restaurant at

403 Luetkenhaus; formally the Tattooed Dog. Rikerly's Place will be open

Tuesday through Saturday. Tues-Thurs, 11am-8pm, Fri and Sat 11am-9pm. We

plan to offer beer and wine to compliment our diners meals if they so choose.

Rikerly's Place would open on Sunday or Monday for special events/reserved

parties only.

Our menu will consist of in house made items. We plan to make all items

fresh, except for french fries. Rikery's Place will offer many options for gluten

free. vegetarians and vegans; and come to be known for our healthy minded

menu. The menu will consist of appetizers. soups. chills, salads, sandwiches,

entrees and desserts. All items will have a recipe to follow. A copy of our

menu is enclosed.

We are looking to offer senior specials Tues-Fri 2pm-5pm; and a first

responder's discount.

We have grown to love Wentzville. Kimberly spent summers with her

grandparents. Viola and Alfred Boland, as a child; continuing on to our

involvement at the Wentzville Flea market as vendors; and as a members of

the Wentzville Community Club (Kimberly has been a board member for 6 yrs;

2 yrs as president, and currently treasurer).

Ric has been an executive chef. most recently for Fitz 's Restaurant on Delmar,

for the majority of his life.

We would like to request consideration for our liquor license for our opening in

Dec. We apologize that we were not informed when Ric visited City Hall on

Friday, Oct. 28th of the deadline Oct. 31st; upon our visit to Public Works to

gather our permit application on Tuesday, Nov. 1st we found out we were a day

late, thus applying 2 days after the deadline.
