AN INTRODUCTION TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP:The new, annual WRU membership enables you to get closer to the action and the players than you have ever done before.

The Supporters Club website hub will be the main point of all information. On a weekly basis new content is uploaded to Supporters TV normally towards the end of the week as a general rule – but occasionally content is added in the earlier part of the week.

We will send you e-shots on a regular basis to inform you of things you may want to hear about from priority pre-sale periods, exclusive discounts or confirmation of a successful ballot entry.

TICKETS: The WRUSC is committed to providing members with the best possible access to tickets to see Wales live. We cannot guarantee every supporter a ticket to every game, but assure you that we distribute our allocation fairly amongst members and continually work to source the greatest number of tickets available

There are two ways we distribute tickets to WRUSC members – via a SC ballot and /exclusive members pre sale period (EMPS).

Exclusive members pre sale period:For all WRU Men’s International matches that are intended to go for general sale, there is an opportunity (outside of the Ballot) to obtain tickets via the EMPS. This is only available to WRUSC members and occurs before general sale or pre-registration.

How it works:You will receive an email (which will include the mechanism to redeem) that will inform you of the date and time that the EMPS will occur, Gold Members will then have an allocated amount of time in which to take advantage of the EMPS.

After the designated period if WRUSC members have not taken all the remaining tickets general sale will occur.

Ticket Tab: This gives an overview of the ticket process for the Supporters Club; it also opens the tab for general sale and ticket ballots.

TICKETS: General sale: This is a link to all WRU home rugby matches that are currently on general sale before tickets hit public sale. We will also offer an Exclusive Members Pre Sale (EMPS). An eshot will be sent to all Members to inform of the date and time of the EMPS, before general sale, Gold Member will then have 48 hours to purchase,booking fees and P&P. Red & Junior members will have the following 48 hours, via the Ticketmaster site fee and P&P will apply. After this EMPS the tickets will go on general sale to the public, via the Ticketmaster site fee and P&P will apply.

Ticket ballot: For all home men’s international games we will host a ballot for tickets – the ballot will be hosted even if the games do not go on general sale. You will be notified if you are successful in the ballot.

Winners of the ballot will need to pay for the tickets. Members will be able to apply for two tickets in the ballot. There isn’t a limit for tickets on general sale.

Only if the Gold members do not take up the full allocation will the ballot be passed to the Red and Junior members.

It will be advertised on the ticket tab when the next ballot is being drawn.

How will I know if I am successful in the ballot?An e-shot will go out to members who have been both successful and unsuccessful in a ticket ballot informing them of which game they have been both successful and unsuccessful for and how much their tickets will cost.

Members are required to state if they want the pair or only one ticket as well as respond with a payment.

If a member cannot take up the offer, the tickets will be re-allocated to another member.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR MEMBERSHIP:Members Bar: For all home men’s internationals we will offer a members only bar. The location will change between each set of matches. This will be notified on the events section of the website where we will also ask you to register your interest in attending so we can plan according to capacity.

The members bar not only means that members can enjoy the camaraderie of socialising with other WRUSC fans, but you can also enjoy some space away from the crowds.

To enter, you will be required to show a valid match day ticket and membership card or proof of purchase of a membership. Each member can bring a guest. All junior members must be accompanied by an adult.

Competitions: We will host a variety of competitions from merchandise, signed gifts and experiences.

Special Offers: From time to time our partners will provide a variety of offers over the year. Or if we have a special offer happening we will also host this here so you can see what offers are currently active.

WRU SCTV / TV GOLD:We record and upload fresh content on a weekly basis. We look to record and share with you behind the scenes footage, interviews and access.

All TV content is recorded for Gold and is then cascaded down.

MERCHANDISE DISCOUNT:All members are entitled to 10% off merchandise both in our official WRU store and online.

• In store you will be required to produce your membership card

• In our online store you will need to enter your membership number.

EVENTS:Under the events tab you will find any upcoming events that we want to share with you, but also for you to register your interest if you wish to attend.

The most common things that will appear on this tab are:• Members bar access on match days • Exclusive members events

WRU FORUM:The forum allows members to discuss current topics, become acquainted with fellow members and also for us to communicate important or useful information from ticket information to exclusive links.

YOUR PROFILE: This contains all of your details on your membership and registered address. It also contains information on your loyalty points.

Loyalty points are earned in the following way:

Gold Members – 1 point for every pound you spend, every point is worth 5p, to be redeemed online in the official WRU store.

Red Members – 1 point for every pound you spend, every point is worth 2.5p, to be redeemed online in the official WRU store.

TOURS:10Gold and Junior members are both entitled to 2 free tours per year.

To redeem the tours simply email tours@millenniumstadium.com or call 02920 822228.

Proof of membership will need to be shown on the day.

The free tour only applies for one person and refer to the standard tours only.

JUNIOR SUPPORTERS CLUB:WRU Junior Supporters Club is the new and exciting home for all young Welsh rugby fans.

It’s the first time ever we have launched a Junior membership and is designed to engage young fans in rugby.

The site includes exclusive content of the Welsh rugby team, WRU Rugby Stars discount plus “money can’t buy” competitions and opportunities.

The most exciting opportunity for our young supporters is the exclusive opportunity to become a team for the Welsh team and run out onto the Millennium Stadium turf with the Welsh captain at their side.

WHERE DOES YOUR MONEY GO?As a WRUSC Member, you are also helping to develop Welsh rugby from grass roots upwards.

The WRU guarantees your money will be put back into the game in order to promote, foster and encourage the game of rugby union in Wales.
