TRAINING AND CONNECTING RURAL PEOPLES

1. Introduction In order to contribute to the establishment of a society truly inclusive information that involve the participation of all people in the world and after a finding resulting from our research since 2008 in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Republic of Congo, we noticed a very large part of the local communities are unfortunately in the dark in relation to the use of ICT, the reasons why we felt it necessary to set up this project to enable these communities to benefit merits of ICT.

In addition, the promotion of ICTs in rural areas can bring a harmonious and sustainable development and poverty reduction.
