Built-in Functions and Operating Instructions (1) Interface

WW-18P, WW-30P, WW-72P, WW-36P-B-15 and WW-36P-B-W-15 use the following interface shown

in Fig.1 to show light statues or to program lights (using buttons “A” and “B”).

(2) Use without DMX controller (stand-alone)

a. Program a single washer or the first in a series: Use selection buttons (Fig.1) to set color mode,

speed and brightness level. A wall washer in stand-alone mode will only be adjusted in the

Command Menu.

Number field 1 is occupied by “P”

Number field 2 sets the static color or color-changing mode

Number field 3 sets brightness level (if in static color mode) or speed (if in color-changing mode).

For example, a static Cyan color with a brightness level of 3 would be set using button A to select

number field 2, and button B to select “6”; then use button A to select number field 3, and button B

to select “3” (Fig.2 left). For full list of built-in effects, please see Fig.3.

b. After setting command menu to “P63”, set the address of to 001 (Fig.2 right) to make it the first light

or Master light. Lights after the Master light are Slave lights. Address Slave lights in a step of 3,

from ‘004’. For more address list, please refer to part “(4) Addressing”.

(3) Use with DMX controller

a. Connect the single or primary wall washer to a DMX Controller using one of the fixture’s XLR-3

cables.

b. To individually address each wall washer in step of 3, from “001”. For more address list, please

refer to part “(4) Addressing”.

c. Once addressed, each wall washer will respond to the DMX Controller according to the channel

selected on the DMX Controller.

Note: DMX color controllers vary in function. Review color controller instructions for optimum use.

(4) Addressing

Please see Tab.1 for first 50 addresses while using multiple wall-washers (Master light included).

Addresses are set in step of 3, starting from “001”.
