WWM KEY ADVANTAGE: RISK MANAGEMENT

9/25/2015 Higher Standards. Better Execution. 19

WWM Risk Management Structure20 years of development and refinement by our team of Harvard PhD’s and top industry leaders.

Our team has built and executed highly successful risk management platforms at WWM, FX Solutions, Financial Labs, and TachyonCapital Management. WWM proprietary portfolio risk methods assess the overall portfolio risk for our clients. We use VaR and other statistical methods to incorporate asset volatility covariance and order book market analysis.

Our Risk Management System Eliminates The Dealing DeskTrades of all sizes are handled automatically without the intervention of a dealing desk. All open positions and currency pairs are aggregated and risk-managed in real time without regard for counterparty. Our system analyzes the aggregated risk associated with total open positions; it does not consider individual trades.

Our algorithms assess the potential order book market exposure and determine whether potential risks are in excess of pre-established thresholdsWe use multiple scenario analyses including Monte Carlo Simulation and Black-Scholes to calculate the potential gain or loss resulting from a 1% increase or decrease in the underlying assets held in the order book. Hedging strategies are implemented to effectively manage portfolio risk.

Page 20: WWM Introduction

WWM KEY ADVANTAGE: RISK MANAGEMENT

Risk Management is a critical aspect of WWM business model – allowing for superior execution delivered 100% through technology

9/25/2015 Higher Standards. Better Execution. 20

Order Book Aggregation & Risk ModelingWWM measures market exposure on a dollar denominated basis taking into account the aggregate of all currency holdings.WWM utilizes algorithmic models to continuously measure the total market risk within the order book.

Improved Risk Management SystemEnables management to determine if market risk associated with order book exceeds pre-established risk thresholds.Eliminates human interference in trading which in turn provides a frictionless trading experience to the end user.

Proprietary Trading Desk DownfallsHuman interference in trades leads to poor execution.Reliance on employees to trade. If employees leave for any reason, risk management controls may be compromised.
