PAVING WORKS: OUR METHOD TO DO THE WORK: *STEP 1 :PREPARE The key to successfully installing paver walkways, driveways, or patios is careful preparation and thats where System Pavers truly excels. Before we place any pavers, we go through a rigorous pre-installation process to ensure that your pavers stay beautiful for years to come. This process includes the excavation of existing concrete and soil and the careful setting of grades. Finally, our hard cape experts will carefully compact the earth to ensure an even, steady surface.

PAVING WORKS: *STEP 2 :LAYER: After the site has been properly prepared, a stable base will be installed for your new driveway, walkway, patio, or pool deck. System Pavers hard scope installers are professionally trained and will ensure that this step is completed to perfection! Working as a team, they will: -Install the base: fill the area with 2-8 inches of crushed stone and compact it in layers until a perfectly smooth surface has been created. -Screed sand: pour sand into the area to further ensure a flat compacted base is ready to receive the interlocking paving stones.

PAVING WORKS: -Place the pavers: carefully install the driveway pavers on the sand according to the pattern you have chosen, paying strict attention to the alignment of the rows and the straightness of the joint lines. These layering steps are imperative to the long- lasting durability of interlocking paving stones. STEP3: FIT: When the System Pavers crew is ready to actually install driveway pavers, they will need to precision- cut some of the pavers to make them fit perfectly within the space. Not only does this procedure ensure eye-appeal, it is also critical to the longevity of your stone walkways and patios. When laying patio stones, our hard cape installers will: -Saw cut pavers: for the precision fit that is required to match corners, curves or unusual angles, pavers are carefully measured, then cut with a high- powered saw for a clean edge and exact fit.

PAVING WORKS: - Place paver borders: not only is the border an attractive frame when building a pool deck, patio or driveway, it also helps contain the pattern you have selected. -Bond beam: the bond beam (a special glue or bonding agent) is carefully placed between the border and the patterned pavers to "lock" everything into place. When properly installed and fitted, interlocking paving stones are virtually maintenance-free. STEP 4:FINISH : After installing paving stones carefully into the sand bed, System Pavers' hardscape specialists will complete the finishing steps to ensure your new driveway, walkway, patio, or pool deck will last for many years to come. Hardscape Specialists will:

PAVING WORKS: -Compact and vibrate the paving stones into the sand bed, using a specially designed plate vibrator. -Apply another layer of sand on top of the compacted pavers, and carefully sweep it into every crack and crevice. This special sand, and its correct application, ensures equal spacing so that your interlocking paving stones will not move or bunch up together. The spacers on the sides keep the paving stones spaced properly. Compact the pavers again, using the plate vibrator. This step is essential as it forces more sand into the joints and creates the interlock process, transforming the surface into one solid unit, giving it the strength to easily support nearly any weight you're likely to put upon it.

PAVING WORKS: Wash down the area which will also allows us to verify that the grades were properly set, hence no pudding. Proper finishing is a must to ensure your new interlocking paving stones will last.

GENERAL CONTRACTING: In general contracting we have many branches: -1- installation of ceramics : There is too many ways and methods to install ceramics, in our company we try to use the best methods to finish the works in the best way and of course it depends of the site engineer cooperation. Ceramic Tile is usually a minimum 3 day installation. It may take longer... but it depends on the size of job as well as the amount of detail work. The types of mortars and the application of sealer (for stone tile) all determine the time required.

GENERAL CONTRACTING: -2-Concrete block installation : As any other of our branches we try to use the best methods of work.in installation of concrete works we use what we think its the best way : Before starting the construction of a concrete block wall, it is necessary to decide the type of concrete blocks you will be using. There are many types of concrete blocks used in different constructions. They are stretchers, end blocks, rough-edged blocks, cap blocks, decorative blocks and interlocking blocks. Let us now take a look at a step by step our method on how to build a concrete block wall: -1-: Prepare an outline of the wall and wall footing with help of masonry string. Level the area where you will be installing the wall. Then dig the foundation required for the wall; the width and depth of the foundation should be twice the width of the wall. -2-: Prepare a wooden form, using lumber around the strings and install reinforcement bars to ensure strength of the footing.

GENERAL CONTRACTING: Fill concrete in the form and level it throughout. Then leave the concrete to cure for at least 3 days by covering it with a plastic sheet. -3-Once the concrete has cured, remove the form using a shovel. Now take the concrete blocks and lay them on the footing for testing. You may need to cut the end block for proper alignment. Make marks with a pencil on the footing for placing each of the concrete blocks. Use wooden strips for spaces between the blocks. This marking will help you while actually laying the concrete blocks on the footing. -4-Now prepare the mortar required for the concrete blocks according to the manufacturer's instructions. You will be placing the blocks at the end of the wall first. Before installing these end blocks, use the pencil mark you made before and apply a little more mortar than the width and length of the block. Then place the block over it and remove the extra mortar with the help of trowel.

GENERAL CONTRACTING: -5- Repeat the procedure to install the concrete block at the other end. Then draw a string line between the two end blocks to ensure that remaining blocks will be placed in a straight line. Later, install the first row of the concrete retaining wall. Tap the concrete blocks gently after applying the mortar. Similarly, lay the remaining rows of the concrete block wall.
