A. Communicate effectively since it primarily involves liaising with trainees. B. Orientation. C. Plan and coordinate for each session, assist trainees with materials and manage session timeline with instructor. D. Ensuring trainees satisfaction, focus on accuracy, efficiency and solve problems. E. Provide activities materials for each session (rope, colors, sheets, and scissors ...e.g.) with high quality and lower cost. F. Preparing price list for all materials, rental hall (in case if renting) and also for coffee break and any extra cost. G. Building database with all available places for a meetings and also prepare for the opening.
