IoT for ‘vacation rental’ properties: we place connected

electronic devices at holiday rental apartments. These

constantly send data to the cloud where algorithms take real time

decisions to help property managers control, monitor and

save money while remotely managing the properties. Our

first product RooMonitor Hub is a device that captures noise data, wifi quality data and occupancy data. Noise data processed by

our algorithms help detect noise problems before they happen.

The system automatically phones the property manager as soon as noise levels are too high
