You want to find out what their childhood was like for them when they were kids and how it is different to your own. Also write down their answers to refer back to. Use this information to write a persuasive writing text, persuading the reader which life was better; yours or theirs. Ask them things like what

Task 2 – Number The role of zero: Five-digit numbers game Using three dice, roll the dice and add two zeros. The zeros can be placed separately anywhere except the front of the number. Use each of the dice numbers and the two zeros to create the largest number possible and the smallest number possible. Roll the dice again and make a new number. Do this for at least 6 different combinations. If you don’t have dice make your own number cards from bits of paper!

Dances of Mexico honour the Mexican culture and represent the joys of life. Mexico is a country with many regions. Each region embraces its own culture which can often be diverse. Watch –
The Dance of the Deer is a traditional folk dance reflecting the early traditions and culture of Mexico. The dancers portray the characters of hunters and deer. Watch –
ballet, such as pointed toes and large sweeping movements. However, the dance is also a very different form of ballet than seen in other countries in Europe and America. Male dancers usually wear black slacks, sombreros, ties and belts. Women wear traditional full, colourful skirts with boots. The traditional Ballet Folkloric dancers are accompanied by guitars, trumpets, harps, and violins.

Visual Arts Shadow drawings You will need to find a sunny place for this as you need to create a shadow. Take a few pieces of paper and choose something from your house that will create a fun shadow. ie; a toy like a dinosaur. You can line up a few on a page. Trace carefully around the shadow. Once you have traced the shadow you can add details to your drawing. Include a background, shading or colour on the shape.
