Some Reminders

Commission makes hotel reservations. The Institution will be asked to recommend a hotel but all arrangements are made by NWCCU staff

Evaluators make their own travel arrangements

Institution provides transportation to and from airport

Institution provides transportation between hotel and campus

Institution provides transportation to nearby remote sites as necessary

Campus interviews, etc. are best arranged through communication between Chair and ALO

After the Visit

Report is submitted (by Committee Chair) to Institution CEO for correction of errors of fact (Institution has five business days to respond)

Finalized report is submitted (by NWCCU) to institution which has the opportunity to provide a written response

After the Visit

CEO, Committee Chair and (optional) selected institutional representatives meet with Board of Commissioners (January or July) for sixty minutes

Commission President informs institution of Commission action
