Suggested Dosage Ages 12 yrs and older: Week 1-2, Yeast XI along with Sarsaparilla 1/4 teaspoon each 3 times daily. Week 3-4, Yeast XII along with Sarsaparilla 1/4 teaspoon each 3 times daily. Continue to alternate Yeast X I and Yeast X II every two weeks for 3-6 months for best results.
• 2 full droppers equal approx. 1/4 teaspoon.
• A “full dropper” is 1 squeeze on the dropper.
For optimal results we suggest couples use the Yeast X Package at the same time, especially if the yeast is a reoccurring issue.
Yeast X I Contains: Pau D’Arco Bark, Cats Claw Bark, Marshmallow Root, Chamomile Flower, Licorice Root, Ginger Root, vegetable glycerine, distilled water and approx. 5% grain alcohol.
