•Breathing space grants: e.g. 3-12 months
•Secured loans: interest free for homeowners
•Undergraduate grants: c.£1050 per academic year
•Apprenticeship grants: c.£500-£1050 per annum

•Befriending: to combat isolation and loneliness•Counselling: telephone based; grants for 1:1•Depression: (including post-natal depression)
