I love Isaiah 26:3. Gods promise of giving us perfect peace in the midst of difficult times is a priceless truth for us to cling to during the uncertain health crisis we are facing in our Country and even around the World. This gift of perfect peace from our heavenly Father is a peace that only He can give. And He does it through His Son, Jesus Christ. With Christ in our hearts we all have His perfect peace. It is important during times like this to understand that with Gods perfect promises in His word, He often reminds us that there is a premise to His promise. We cant overlook the premise of this Scripture, those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in Him. While He gives us His perfect peace in Jesus, if we truly want to experience this peace and not become overwhelmed with the current crisis our Country is facing, then we must put His Word into practice. We must trustin Him and keep Our minds steadfaston His Word and our Resurrected Savior, Jesus Christ. Perfect peace is being calm in ones heart while in the midst of all unavoidable disturbances, troubles, and circumstances. Real peace is not the state of mind we might experience while canoeing around beautiful Lost Lake (although-it is heavenly!) or taking a walk along the beautiful Columbia River. Real peace of mind can only come from trusting in the One that gave us His peace in His one and only Son, Jesus Christ. So for me, Isaiah 26:3 promises that if I trust in Him and keep my mind on His steadfast love for me through Christ Jesus my Savior, I will have His perfect peace! And while I can be concerned about how best to care for the health and well being of myself and all those around me, I know that I do not need to panic or have fear of what lies ahead. So during this trying time of uncertainty and even concerns for the World, our Country and our loved ones, lets keep our minds focused on Jesus Christ while doing our very best to trust in our heavenly Father to fill us with His perfect peace. Lets ask Him to show us how best to love and care for each other during this challenging time. In HIS grace, Lynda You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You. Isaiah 26:3

I love Isaiah 26:3. God’s promise of giving us perfect peace in the midst of difficult times is a priceless truth for us to cling to during the uncertain health crisis we are facing in our Country and even around the World.

This gift of perfect peace from our heavenly Father is a peace that only He can give. And He does it through His Son, Jesus Christ. With Christ in our hearts we all have His perfect peace.

It is important during times like this to understand that with God’s perfect promises in His word, He often reminds us that there is a premise to His promise.

We can’t overlook the premise of this Scripture, “those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in Him”. While He gives us His perfect peace in Jesus, if we truly want to experience this peace and not become overwhelmed with the current crisis our Country is facing, then we must put His Word into practice. We must “trust” in Him and keep “Our minds steadfast” on His Word and our Resurrected Savior, Jesus Christ.

Perfect peace is being calm in one’s heart while in the midst of all unavoidable disturbances, troubles, and circumstances.

So during this trying time of uncertainty and even concerns for the World, our Country and our loved ones, let’s keep our minds focused on Jesus Christ while doing our very best to trust in our heavenly Father to fill us with His perfect peace. Let’s ask Him to show us how best to love and care for each other during this challenging time. In HIS grace, Lynda

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.
