I/We the applicant(s) understand that by completing, signing and submitting this younique IndependentBusiness Owner Application, I/we are agreeing that I/we have fully read and fully understand younique

(the Company) materials including the Companys Independent Business Owners Code of Conduct and the

Companys Commissions and Bonus Pay Plan. I/We also fully understand that any purchase made with a credit

card must be supported with a completed Credit Card Authority form as set out in the Code of Conduct and

Getting Started Right document.

I/We the applicant(s) understand that by completing, signing and submitting this Independent BusinessOwner Application, and should my/our application be approved, I/we will be bound by all section clauses of

the Companys Independent Business Owners Code of Conduct. I/We also agree that I/we will conduct

myself/ourselves at all times in accordance with all section clauses of the Companys Independent Business

Owners Code of Conduct.

I/We the applicant(s) understand that by completing, signing and submitting this Independent BusinessOwner Application, and should my/our application be approved, that should at any time any of the

Companys materials appear to be conflicting or be construed to be conflicting, then the Company s

Independent Business Owners Code of Conduct English version will be overriding, and the Companys

judgment and interpretation will be final and binding.

I/We the applicant(s) may terminate this application and/or my/our Independent Business OwnersDistributorship at any time. I/We the applicant may cancel my/our monthly younique AutoShip at anytime.

I/We the applicant(s) understand that I will be deemed an Active Independent Business Owner and wil l receive products,services, commissions, bonuses, and benefits in accordance with the Younique Inc Code of Conduct and Pay Plan.

I/We the applicant(s) understand that Younique Inc or Joseph Wealth Systems GmbH does not refund the purchase of anyprecious metals as in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

I/We the applicant(s) understand that all taxes, duties and other charges payable as a result of a purchase are theresponsibility of the purchaser and consignee receiving such products

SECTION E: younique Code of Conduct Government Regulations and IBO Taxes

1.1. A younique Independent Business Owner is under contract to the Company (Younique Inc) and is therefore

an independent contractor of the Company. It is the sole responsibility of the younique Independent

Business Owner to become informed of, and to observe and comply in full with, local, provincial and national

laws and regulations relating to the younique Independent Business Owners distributorship and/or

business activities in the jurisdiction where the younique Independent Business Owner resides and

operates.

1.2. Local law in some jurisdictions may restrict distribution of the Companys materials including websites, printed

and published materials, or products and services. It is the sole responsibility of the younique Independent

Business Owner to become informed of, and to observe and comply in full with, local, provincial and nationallaws and regulations relating to the distribution of the Companys materials in the jur isdiction where the

younique Independent Business Owner resides and operates.

1.3. Local, provincial and national taxes on sales, income, capital gains and remuneration on labor and business

activities vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. A younique Independent Business Owner of the Company is

not an employee of the Company. It is the sole responsibility of the younique Independent Business Owner

to become informed of, and to observe and comply in full with, local, provincial and national laws and

regulations relating to taxation including and not restricted to:

a) sales taxes and duties on products and materials soldb) income taxes on personal labor and business activitiesc) capital gains taxes on current and future values of productsd) import duties on products shipped from the Companye) local licensing on business activities

1.4. (Within the USA) The Company is not a United States domestic company and is not responsible for the

accounting for and/or collecting and paying of a younique Independent Business Owners tax responsibilities

and liabilities. Further, the Company is not responsible for gathering information including and not restricted

to:

a) Federal or local taxesb) the Federal Unemployment Tax Actc) the Federal Insurance Contributions Actd) the Social Security Acte) State Unemployment Actsf) State Employment Security Actsg) State Workers Compensation Acts

1.5. A younique Independent Business Owner is personally responsible for accruing, accounting for, and paying all

applicable local, provincial and national taxes that may become due as a result of activities under its

distributorship. The Company is not responsible for, and will not collect, deduct or pay personal taxes on

payments made to the younique Independent Business Owner derived from the Companys Commissions

and Bonuses Pay Plan.
